Our story

Tide started in 2019 with a 5 kg roaster, a leaking roof, and a stubborn belief that coffee tastes better close to where it's roasted. We buy from six farms we've visited, pay above the going rate, and publish what we paid.

Everything is roasted in the shed on Princeton Ave — you can watch it happen from the counter while your cortado is pulled.
